Your Own Private Park…
Being a big old house, we have big old gardens.

The gardens are dominated by 70ft date palms which add to the old world elegance of the House.
Gardening is always a work in progress and we are spending our spare time renovating the old rose beds and planting many old-fashioned species.

If you are an animal lover, Beverley House is home to a wide selection of birds who, believe it or not, live harmoniously with Jasper the Himalayan cat!

Beverley House offers guests off-street, under-cover parking
in the grounds. Many guests enjoy abandoning their car for the weekend and walking to resturants, wine bars and theatre during their stay.

Lawson Street is in the ‘old’ part of Mudgee and features a number of fine old homes including Beverley House.

Beverley House is only two small blocks from the Mudgee CBD and its restaurants, cafes and shops. Also we are only about 50 metres from the picturesque Lawson Park – so you can enjoy an early morning stroll along the river if you are feeling energetic.

For those so inclined, Mudgee’s Olympic pool is about 100m away and you can join the Mudgee locals for a few laps at 600am!
